The conformity of processes and results to targets is evaluated. Performance is monitored, customer complaints and defects are checked. Internal Evaluation Reports should explain performance indicators.

Action

Nonconformities and areas for improvement are identified and precautions are taken. Quality management aims to prevent errors and defects, and continuous improvement is at the forefront.
