Internal and External Stakeholder Surveys at AGU
Abdullah Gül University (AGU) conducted internal and external stakeholder surveys to evaluate institutional quality processes and increase stakeholder satisfaction. The surveys conducted within the scope of 2024 aimed to analyze feedback on the university's education-training, research and social contribution processes.
The internal stakeholder survey evaluated the level of participation of academic and administrative staff in quality processes, the governance model and the student-centered approach in education. The results showed that employees' awareness of the university's strategic goals was high, while the need for process improvement in some areas emerged.
The external stakeholder survey included graduates, business world representatives and public institutions. The employability of AGU graduates, the university's industrial collaborations and social contribution activities were the prominent topics. Employers found the technical skills of graduates sufficient, while emphasizing the need for more practical training for the business world.
The survey results were reported and presented to the university administration to create a roadmap.
