The AI-Supported IIER/UIER Evidence Management System, developed within the Quality Coordination Office of Abdullah Gül University, was presented to Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak, President of the Higher Education Quality Council of Türkiye (THEQC).
Designed to streamline the evidence-collection and Unit Internal Evaluation Report (UIER) preparation processes of our University's units and to enhance the continuity and traceability of quality assurance processes, the system was introduced during the meeting together with its functions and the benefits it provides.
The discussion addressed the scope and use cases of the system, and a productive consultation was held in which Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak shared his views and suggestions for its further development. Efforts to improve the system will continue in line with the feedback received.
Aiming to contribute to the support of a culture of quality in higher education through digital transformation tools, our Coordination Office will continue its innovative work to strengthen quality assurance processes.
