As the Abdullah Gül University Quality Coordinatorship, we participated in the "Turkey Zero Waste Workshop" hosted by Erciyes University under the theme "Waste and Squandering: From Local to National."
Organized in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Governorship of Kayseri, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Erciyes University,and the Zero Waste Foundation, the workshop addressed critical issues such as climate change, circular economy, and sustainable environmental policies. During the sessions conducted across 15 different thematic tables, local and national strategies regarding waste prevention and waste management were evaluated.
In line with our university’s quality standards, we continue to contribute to the zero-waste vision and integrate best practices in this field into our institutional processes.
